Communicating

I would like to begin by opening up the forum with a discussion on Communitcation. It is vital that we discuss our thoughts and opinions in appropriate manners, with thought and consideration for others. I believe I work for one of the greatest Schools, with the best kids. I quite often get the comment "you really like working at EFA?" I LOVE IT!! That's not to say there are not moments and sometimes days, I wish I could go home and crawl into bed to hide. Yes, there are problems however, I believe there are lots of great things happening. I am hoping that this Blog will open up the lines of communication and we will find solutions and discover what needs to change to make it even better.
